Five pieces of evidence for population

Migration questions

1. The Net Migration rate in Mexico is 1.8. Over half their country is immigrating to other countries such as the United States, Canada, etc. This can effect the population in other countries because the more people that come in, the more people the government counts towards society facts.

2. United States population is 329,256,465. Our population would be slowly declining if it weren't for immigration. So many people from South America migrate into this country helping it rise at a slow pace.

3. China's population is 1,384,688,986. The population in China is a massive boom compared to other country's. The population in China is to big for the amount of money they pay men who work in factories. There economy is pretty low.

4. The Net migration rate in Canada is 5.7. Technically, there are more immigrants going into Canada then America. This is only true because of the population difference. We are ahead by like 300 million.

5. The Net immigration rate in Japan is 0. They are a very isolated country. Not many people go in, and not many people go out. The population is very stable at a big number of 126,168,156 people.

Population Pyramid

1. United States GDP per capita is 59,800, life expectancy is 80.1 and the population is 333,545,529
The United States, according to Hans Rosling's chart, is in the Rich and Healthy. This makes sense since the United States was one of the first successful countries to go through the industrial time period. The United States total life expectancy is 80.7. That is 5 years older than then the beginning of the Rich and Healthy mark. There population pyramid is going to rise slowly.

2. United Kingdom GDP per capita is 44,300, life expectancy is 80.9 and the population is 66,700,126
The United Kingdom was the first country to partake in the industrial revolution. They have slowed down a lot from when they first started. There GDP is in the Rich and Healthy, but they are only 4,300 off from becoming poor and sick. Also, there Life Expectancy is 80.9 very similar to the United States. United Kingdom has to keep up or else they will drop in the poor and sick category. There population pyramid is going to rise slowly

3. China's GDP per capita is 16,700 and the life expectancy is 75.8 and the population is 1,402,847,838
For a country that manufactures a lot of goods and imports them, they sure are not in the Rich category. But when it comes to the healthy part, they just barely make it at a Life expectancy of 75.8. China was stuck down in the poor and sick for a long time until about 1951 when they finally started to clime. If you notice in the video, they go up the chart, but not so much across. There population pyramid is going to decrease

4. Japans GDP per capita is 42,900 and the life expectancy is 85.5. and the population is 125,039,023
Japan is a very isolating country but is right in the rich and healthy status. They started to make a huge jump to the top in 1948 and have been pretty stable. There population is made up of much older people meaning there population will decline rapidly.

5. Russia's GDP per capita is 27,900, there life expectancy is 71.3 and there population is 142,122,776. Russia is in the poor and sick category and with many of there country making up of middle aged people. There population will slowly decline because of all these people eventually dying.
